Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings and services provided by JAISHREE SPS PRIVATE LIMITED via jaishree.org.

Important Summary: To receive a partial refund, cancellations must be made at least 45 days in advance. Donations are non-refundable.

1. Booking Cancellations

  • 45-Day Rule: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the scheduled booking/service date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 45 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Terms

  • Partial Refund: For eligible cancellations (made 45+ days in advance), a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
  • Administrative Charges: The remaining 50% is retained by the Trust to cover administrative, processing, and operational overheads.
  • Donations: All voluntary donations or contributions made for social causes are strictly non-refundable.

3. Processing and Timelines

  • Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) used during the transaction.
  • Deductions: Any third-party transaction fees, bank charges, or gateway convenience fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
